Can a monogrammed House of Parvi piece be returned or exchanged?

No. Every monogrammed piece is printed uniquely for the customer and is a bespoke commission. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Customers actively consent to this at the point of purchase.

Is the monogram optional?

Yes. If the monogram field is left empty, no personalisation is applied. Every House of Parvi piece is still made to order in a limited edition of ten, and the standard non-personalised returns terms apply as stated in our returns policy.

How long does monogramming add to delivery time?

Monogramming adds three to five days to the lead time. There is no additional cost for the personalisation.
