Return & Refund Policy
How each piece is made
Every House of Parvi garment is cut, dyed or printed, and made only once your order is placed. Nothing is held in stock. This is why our pieces exist in limited numbers, and why the process takes a little longer than off-the-shelf fashion — your piece begins its life the day you order it, not before.
Before you order
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we ask that you take a moment before ordering to get it right.
- Our garments are cut in standard sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. If you fall between sizes or want a fit tailored to your own measurements, choose CUSTOMIZE YOUR SIZE from the size options on the product page. Customisation requires additional production time and carries an additional fee, depending on the changes requested.
- Some pieces can be monogrammed with your own initials, printed to the inside yoke and sleeve. A monogrammed piece is made to your personal specification and, as explained below, cannot be returned for change of mind — please choose your letters carefully.
- If you are unsure about sizing, fabric, colour, monogramming, or anything else, write to us at hop@houseofparvi.com before you order. We would rather answer a question upfront than have you receive a piece that isn't right.
Your right to return
You have the right to change your mind. For any piece that has not been monogrammed, you may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to explain why.
To cancel, email hop@houseofparvi.com with your order number. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is all we need — there is no particular form of words required, and no form to fill in.
Once you have told us you are cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. Please return items unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, in the condition you received them. We may make a deduction from your refund if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and how they work — in short, more than you would reasonably do trying something on in a shop.
Return postage is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not able to take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.
Once we receive the goods back — or once you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier — we will refund what you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days.
Monogrammed pieces
Where you have added your own monogram, the piece is made to your personal specification and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This is the one exception to the return right set out above, and we flag it clearly at the point you add your initials. If a monogrammed piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, the section below applies in full — personalisation never affects your right to a piece that is made correctly.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
This is where we take full responsibility, whether or not your piece is monogrammed. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered (wrong item or wrong size sent), House of Parvi will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue and your preference.
- Please let us know within 14 days of delivery. This gives us the best chance of resolving things quickly and, where relevant, of investigating with our production team.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the fault, damage, or incorrect item when you write to us.
How to report a problem
Email hop@houseofparvi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days with the next steps.
Delivery timelines
As every piece is made to order, we dispatch within 10–15 working days of order confirmation. From dispatch, delivery within India takes 3–10 working days, and international delivery takes 5–20 working days, depending on destination.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods and your right to cancel an order under distance selling regulations. These rights exist independently of this policy, cannot be excluded, and may vary depending on your country of residence.
