SHIPPING

Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
Since each product's process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within 10-15 working days. It could vary according to the Shipping address.
In case of customisation, we will require additional time and an additional fee will be charged, depending on the customisation.
Once the package is dispatch it will take minimum 3 working days and maximum 10 working days to deliver the package.
NO EXCHANGE or NO RETURN once the order is placed.
Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.
Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.
Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NO EXCHANGE or NO RETURN once the order is placed.

For international orders, Flat fee of USD30/ GBP30/ SGD40/ AED100 is charged depending on the currency you are shopping in.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
