- Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
- NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN and NO REFUND once the order is placed.
- Since each product's process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within 10-15 working days. It could vary according to the Shipping address.
- In case of customisation, we will require additional time and an additional fee will be charged, depending on the customisation.
